Worship at Immanuel
Worship at Immanuel is friendly and informal. We offer a varied
style of worship within the free-church tradition, regularly using
songs and hymns from modern and traditional sources.
Services start at 10:15am with a time for praise songs followed
by family time after which the children go to junior church. The
rest of the service is a mix of hymns / songs, prayer and the sermon.
Occasionally we have an open prayer time during our services where
people from the congregation can share prayers, stories or inspirations.
After the service, everyone is invited for a time of fellowship
and coffee in the large hall.
(Communion is served on the 1st Sunday in every month and at festivals
- all who love the Lord are welcome at His table)
We welcome children with open arms at Immanuel. Our
praise time and family time are particularly children friendly and
often involve the use of percussion instruments, flags and action
songs.
For the latter part of the service, we provide creche
and Junior Church programmes.
